Pods are not starting up after reboot. /run/flannel/subnet.env was not found but exists

2/20/2020

i´ve just rebooted the host system of our cluster. After the reboot, some pods were not able to start up. All of the pods have the following error message: Warning FailedCreatePodSandBox 50s kubelet, splap002ps Failed to create pod sandbox: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = failed to set up sandbox container "6a626adf63481855b7302ef4742a4441e17c6316fddd4b5bb140569b4b590d25" network for pod "grafana-845bdc57ff-9s24m": networkPlugin cni failed to set up pod "grafana-845bdc57ff-9s24m_default" network: open /run/flannel/subnet.env: no such file or directory

The mentioned file exists and is filled! Also the /etc/cni/net.d flannel file exists. Our Cluster only has one node.

Can somebody help out?
