I want to install OKD with JenkinsX that would allow me to upgrade the resources like kubectl, oc, helm etc in jx namespace to upgrade smoothly.

Currently I am facing helm tiller not found issue. To resolve this I need to upgrade kubectl and helm versions.

Upgrades are successful only for the clients of both kubectl and helm but not for the servers.

So please suggest me the best documentation that allows me to setup OKD and JenkinsX as well as upgrades smoothly without any issue.

NOTE: Upgraded helm to 3.0.2 but JenkinsX is not supporting helm3, but the documentation suggests to upgrade to helm3.
