Recently, I has been doing some research about Distributed System Scheduling, and I read about the Firmament. The following is not clear for me.

In Firmament, can multiple policies be implemented simultaneously? If so, when we use more than one policy, task nodes would connect more than one machines or aggregators. So when we extract the task placements, task nodes may receive different placements from different successor nodes. How such situations are handled?
