Is it possible to simulate Network Failure on a Kubernetes Cluster?

I have my Kubernetes cluster running on AWS on top of which I'm running rook-ceph cluster. I wanted to test my rook-ceph cluster behaviour on network failure. Is it possible to do that using Kubernetes?.
