Is it possible to get a stable network ID for a pod without using a StatefulSet?

The reason I ask is as follows. I am unable to get a StatefulSet to run in minikube so I am essentially stuck with Pods.

I need to know the network ID before I launch the pod. As it is part of some configuration I'm passing. To the application.
